I'm here with my dad's folks (and my Dad! He got leave!) enjoying the muggy soup called summer here. Of course, with my powers I don't actually feel the weather any more, but I have to remember to complain about it for the folks not in on the whole being a mutant thing. Maybe I should get a spritzer to fake being sweaty? ;)

There's a thought for the day - what do you have to do, if anything, to fake being non-powered? Mine's faking reactions to temperature and remembering to be solid in crowds, in case someone bumps into me and goes straight through...

Because I don't do nail polish enough to really buy more than like one or two colors to own AND like every female friend I have -and- my girlfriend likes painting my nails with their own so why would I ever buy any

but I bought the navy because it matches my Tigers' jersey.
