Good News: Breakthrough with my powers - apparently I can synch up to x-rays as well as light.

Even Better News: I'm not irradiating you all when I go ghost. Luckily, it's only within my immediate body, so you won't have to wear lead suits to work with me when I'm doing that.

Now, can anyone science-y help me understand this pile of reports Richards gave me? Apparently it explains everything.
